Join host Thomas Risberg as he interviews Nicole Maria-Evans, Curator of Exhibitions and Collections at the Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art, discussing the history of Fiber Art and women in art, as well as their current exhibition "Beyond Intentions." It showcases the work of 3 contemporary fiber and mixed-media artists. The exhibition is comprised of work that features vintage characters sewn onto idyllic or dystopian scenes, an installation of brightly colored looming crocheted environments, and beautifully complex grid patterns that tempt chance through order. Admission is always free at the museum.
