Voices & Views with host Thomas Risberg. This edition features Arlyne Reichert, who gives an amazing historical account of the updating of the Montana Constitution at the 1972 Convention, which she was a part of. She is joined by Gerry Jennings to highlight their upcoming event on February 23rd at 6pm, where they will feature many of the original legislators who came together to craft the changes to this important document.
